At Plymouth Arts Cinema we believe that great cinema can change the world for the better. Plymouth Art Weekender marks our reopening and we welcome film and art enthusiasts back to the space. There will be a programme of free feature length and short films, alongside an exhibition of works from artists nationally. These films will be a manifesto of what we think an Independent Cinema can and should be. Showing films chosen by our team and volunteers, we want to reflect the diversity of what we offer. All details of film listings and start times are available via Plymouth Art Cinema's website and social media pages.

PAC will also be working with Plymouth Samaritans to curate some of the film screenings over the weekend. To explore these ideas further, Art For Sams Sake will exhibit artworks that have been created since the start of the COVID19 pandemic until now at Plymouth Arts Cinema. These works will be sold via an online auction to raise funds for the Plymouth Samaritans
